“Hello Fred, This past weekend, we were in Egg Harbor enjoying the start of a much deserved, long anticipated vacation.  Sunday afternoon our car started leaking power steering fluid to the point that it could not safely be driven.  I checked with the owner of the lodge we were staying at and she gave me your phone number.  I must admit that I really didn’t think I would get an answer on a Sunday afternoon.  However, you answered the phone and after I explained what was going on, you set up a tow, met me at your garage and set up a car rental for us.  From the time I called to the time I had another car to use for the weekend was no more than a couple of hours.
